Joining Rewards Palace

What is Rewards Palace?
Rewards Palace designed exclusively for Australians, is an online reward program that gives you opportunities to earn Reward Points every day using the features available on the web site.

  • You must be an Australian resident 14 years or older
  • You must have a valid email address

You earn Reward Points from:

  • Participating in online surveys, competitions and reward email
  • Referring others to our site
  • Purchases through online shopping

What can I do with the Reward Points in my account?
You can use the Reward Points in your account to purchase products from our reward partners. To see the points for each reward partner click here.

You MUST have your cookies enabled for our tracking to work properly. Please ensure that before making purchases or making any other action that your cookies are turned on. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to credit your Reward Points.

Who can join Rewards Palace?
Only Australian residents can join Rewards Palace. You must be 14 years or older and have your own valid email address.

Can a non Australian resident join Rewards Palace?
No. Rewards Palace is for Australian residents only.

Are my personal details safe?
The privacy of your personal information is kept confidential as Rewards Palace adheres to a strict privacy statement.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can either unsubscribe from Rewards Palace If you no longer want surveys, reward mail and newsletters emailed to you. Otherwise you can totally cancel your Rewards Palace membership which will unsubscribe you from all emails and close your account.

Rewards Palace Log In

How do I log in to Rewards Palace?
You can login to Rewards Palace from any page. The login panel always appears top right of the page. All you have to do is enter your user name and your password and hit the login button.

Forgot your password?
If you forget your password click on the ‘Forgot Password' link next to where you login on the home page. From here enter your username and then answer your secret question and your username and password will be emailed to you.

What if I forgot what email address/ user name I used to signup with?
Contact Rewards Palace with your personal details and we can find what address you used to signup with.

Maintaining your Account and Membership details

How do I update my personal details?

  1. Login to Rewards Palace from the home page
  2. Click on My Rewards under the Account menu
  3. Under the Personal Profile section make your changes then click on the update button

How do I update my personal information?

  1. Login to Rewards Palace from the home page
  2. Select Personal Information under the Account dropdown
  3. Make any relevant changes to the questions and submit you answers

How do I update my personal interests?

  1. Login to Rewards Palace from the home page
  2. Select Personal Interests under the Account dropdown
  3. Make any relevant changes to the questions and submit you answers

How do I change my password?

  1. Login to Rewards Palace from the home page
  2. Click on My Rewards under the Account menu
  3. Under the Change My Password section click the Change Password button
  4. Then enter you current password, your new password and confirm your new password and click the Change Password button

How do I unsubscribe from Rewards Palace?

  1. Login to Rewards Palace
  2. Click on My Rewards under the Account menu
  3. Click on the Unsubscribe button

How do I cancel my membership?

  1. Login to Rewards Palace
  2. Click on My Rewards under the Account menu
  3. Click on the Cancel My Membership button

Reward Points and Redemption

Do Reward Points immediately get credited into my account?
When you refer friends, complete survey and enter competitions on Rewards Palace a fully automated process means that Reward Points got onto your account in real-time provided your cookies are enabled. If cookies are not enabled, your sale or action will not be automatically credited.

It is very difficult for us to track competitions you may enter or reward mail where your cookies are not enabled. All effort will be made but we are not responsible if this information is not recorded due to no cookies being enabled.

The only time Reward Points are not immediately credited is when you shop with our reward partners as explained in the next question.

When do Reward Points switch from pending to active?
When shopping with any of our reward partners your Reward Points go into a pending status in your account. The amount of pending points can be found on My Rewards under the account dropdown.

The reason why points are put into a pending state is because rewards palace has to finalize the order with the Reward Partner.

As a default Reward Points are automatically switched from a Pending state to an Active state on the 7th Day of each month for the previous month’s purchases.

For example, if you purchase on the 5th of April your Reward Points will be pending and not switch active until the 7th of May.

How do I purchase products from the reward partners with my Reward Points?
To purchase products with our reward partners you must go through our redemption area. This can be found under the account dropdown named Redeem Points.

  1. Search for a product or service you would like.
  2. Once products are displayed, click the ‘Redeem Here’ link under the description column for the product you want.
  3. You will then be asked to confirm your purchase and delivery details.

Please note that we have allowed a fixed amount of points to cover the shipping costs. Once the shipping cost of your products has been finalized with our Reward Partners, Rewards Palace will reimburse any left over Reward Points.

How can I earn Reward Points?
You can earn Reward Points from:

  1. Participating in Surveys, Competitions and Reward Email
  2. Referring others to the Rewards Palace site
  3. Purchasing via our Shopping and Hot Offers pages

Can I exchange my Reward Points for cash?
No you cannot exchange your points for cash. You can only use your Reward Points to purchase products and services from our reward partners.

Do the Reward Points in my account ever expire?
No. Reward Points in your account never expire. They will remain there for as long as you are a Rewards Palace member.

Can I transfer Reward Points from my account to another members account?
No. This is not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does it take for my purchase to be shipped?
The delivery times for purchases can vary with each Reward Partner depending on their shipping policies. As a general rule you should allow 10-15 days for your order to be received. If there are any delays or problems with your order you will be notified immediately.

How many Reward Points do I need to be eligible to redeem products/services?
You must have at least 4,500 Reward Points to be eligible to redeem a product or service from a Rewards Palace shopping partner.
